We are pleased to report that Phil Davis, Repair Coordinator (Greensboro, NC), will assume the role of Senior Repair Coordinator effective September 1st, 2021. Phil has been with Tencarva for over 12 years, beginning in Municipal Repair, and then moving into Industrial Repair as a Repair Coordinator in 2014. This new position of Senior Repair Coordinator will support and strengthen our abilities as a whole in our RC/RE group. We have already recently added additional assistance with a new RC hire for the Greensboro Team and are in the process of hiring another RC at this location, which will assist in replacing the void left with Phil’s promotion to SR RC.
