Your company has “hit it out of the park” qualifying for Fast 50. Tell us how your company has grown in the last three years: Moved into Texas and Louisiana with the purchase of Saladin Pump in 2018. Additionally we enhanced our service capabilities throughout our entire footprint and added several new products to our offering.
What’s in your company playbook that makes it successful? We are truly a sales company and all of our employees are committed to taking care of our customers.
Do you have plans to grow your team or business? We will follow the same plan that has served well over the years, a blend of growing organically through new products and customers combined with acquisitions in new markets or geography.
How has your company pivoted to deal with the pandemic? Have you taken any losses? We never closed as our services are deemed essential. Our long-term customer relationships and wide range of products we sell have allowed us to stay in front of our customers even though we are mostly forbidden from visiting their facilities.
