GREENSBORO, N.C. — April 22, 2026 — Tencarva Machinery Company, a leading value-added distributor and service provider of flow control and process equipment solutions, has acquired WWaterTech Services, Inc., a manufacturer’s representative serving the water and wastewater markets in Texas and Oklahoma.
The acquisition expands Tencarva’s municipal presence and strengthens its product portfolio across two important water and wastewater markets. WWaterTech provides engineers, municipalities, agencies, water districts, contractors, and owners with access to a broad lineup of process equipment manufacturers and system suppliers.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Waller, Texas, WWaterTech represents approximately 60 unique vendors. The company has built a strong reputation for helping customers identify high-performance, cost-effective treatment solutions for water and wastewater applications.
As part of the transition, WWaterTech President and Owner Steve Holt will gradually move into an advisory role. Wes Holt, a 15-year WWaterTech executive, will lead the business as branch manager.
The acquisition supports Tencarva’s continued strategy to grow and diversify its municipal presence across the United States, while expanding its reach in the Texas market.
